Thriving Campus
We recognize that some students may benefit from more ongoing or specialized care outside of the University Health Services. Some students may benefit from longer-term treatment, specialized therapies, or other services that better align with their specific needs or schedules. This is why we partnered with Thriving Campus.
Thriving Campus maintains a directory of local mental health professionals and is available to assist you to access services in the community. With Thriving Campus you can browse and connect with providers on your own, or you may choose to work with one of our case managers who can help find a community provider that meets your needs.
The platform allows you to filter options based on various factors, including specialization, accepted insurance, and counselor characteristics, enabling you to find the right fit for your needs. You can review provider profiles, get insights into their therapeutic approaches, and see their availability, making the search for long-term care as easy as possible.
With Thriving Campus, you can:
- Explore local providers who offer both in-person counseling and teletherapy, as well as statewide counselors specializing in teletherapy.
- Filter results according to your preferences, such as specialties, insurance providers, counselor identities, location, and more.
- Connect directly with providers via Thriving Campus.
- Access answers to frequently asked questions, such as how to select a therapist and what to expect during your initial visit.
Disclaimer: Thriving Campus network providers are not credentialed by University Health Services.
Thriving Campus for Community Providers: We welcome mental health professionals in our community to become part of Thriving Campus. Adding your profile to the platform is completely free. As more students seek long-term care, your involvement will be beneficial in supporting the well-being of UO students.
