Professional Interests: My style is warm, supportive, and down to earth. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches (cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, brief solution focused therapy, and family systems theory) to help clients feel heard, share their story, identify negative beliefs, resolve conflicts, and improve the quality of their lives. I emphasize strengths, and help clients set realistic and achievable goals.
