Professional Interests: My professional background has included leadership positions in collegiate mental health, integrated behavioral health, and outpatient behavioral health. I have a passion for university health care and the integration of services on campuses to create an accessible, welcoming, and holistic care environment for all students.
Theoretical Orientation and Therapy Approach: My clinical training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Brief Solutions Focused Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy working with clients to increase self-efficacy, understanding of self and family systems, and interpersonal work through a trauma-informed perspective.
