Professional Interests: My professional goals are to provide a warm, welcoming space for students to gain knowledge and skills related to mental health. My theoretical approach is motivated by a strengths-based approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy, with a trauma-focused and multicultural lens. My interests include supporting students through anxiety, stressors, depression, interpersonal conflicts, grief, and any life adjustments that may arise. I am excited to help and support students make steps toward their goals through an integrated medical health center.
