Pronouns: She/Her

Education:

Professional Interests: I love working with emerging adults, all of whom bring unique experiences, backgrounds, hopes and dreams to college. I appreciate that this dynamic life stage is rich with both opportunity and challenge. It is an honor to support and accompany students to identify desired changes, navigate concerns such as complex relationships, stress, or painful emotions, and celebrate progress toward personal goals. I have special interest in working with individuals managing anxiety, those who have experienced sexual trauma as well students who might be exploring sexual/gender identities or facing systemic barriers. I approach therapeutic relationships with authenticity, warmth, respect, and a social justice and empowerment lens. The evidence-based practices I utilize (such as ACT, CBT and EMDR) offer mind/body centered tools which tap into the power of our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviors to connect us with the strengths and wisdom we each have inside us.
