Professional Interests: I come to the UO Counseling Services with a range of clinical experiences in the mental health field. I especially enjoy working with students and appreciate the opportunity to support students through the challenges many face – including navigating relationships, developing and exploring identities, coping with change and stress, and setting goals for the future. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and take a student-centered, strengths-based, and social justice approach. I understand how the way we feel, think, and act are impacted by the larger social structures and systems in which we live. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery and have extensive experience working with underrepresented students from diverse backgrounds.
