Professional Interests: I use an integrative approach led by mindfulness-based cognitive and behavioral models with some motivational interviewing and EMDR techniques. It is important to me that my clients feel empowered & supported to choose what’s right for their context and their lives concerning their substance use and mental health. While I enjoy connecting with clients with various concerns, my most prominent interests are substance use and disordered eating concerns, anxiety and specific phobias, and being an ally & aid to students in recovery.

Personal Interests: Anything outdoors (especially hiking, camping, water sports), yoga, watching (dancing!) live music, movie nights with my family, and board games.

UO Love: I love working with so many campus partners who are truly invested in our students’ well-being. And being so near to both the coast and mountains is tops for outdoor adventures!
