Academics can be stressful for many of us, especially toward the end of the term. Stress Less is designed to create opportunities for you to explore different ways to practice self-care and find techniques to de-stress during some of the hardest parts of the year. These events are hosted during week 10 of fall, winter, and spring terms. Everyone manages the stress of classes differently, but we are here to support you through those times.
This free hour class is designed to enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and balance while centering the mind and reducing stress. We have the mats, all you need is yourself!
Stop by the Duck Nest to pet some pups and destress for the day. If it's nice out, you'll find the dogs outside! We love having the dogs come visit us and they love seeing you!
PAAWS is a Eugene, Oregon based support and networking organization for teams registered or certified with a recognized therapy animal organization.
Rudra Meditation is an open-eye form of meditation that uses breath to open and strengthen the energy centers in the body. It is a technique that can be used to help transform tension to build a strong foundation, clarity of mind, and an open heart. Class will begin with an introduction to the technique, followed by meditation, and completed with a question and answer session. Led by Jenifer Wuite, meditation instructor

Uncage your inner artist at this 21+ celebration of birds, bird science, and creativity! You'll explore the museum's newest exhibit, Peregrine Falcon: From Endangered Species to Urban Bird, learn basic drawing and color-layering techniques with science illustrator Kris Kirkeby, and create your own bird illustration while snacking and sipping craft beer and wine. Cosponsored by the Lane County Audubon Society.
