Professional Interests: My therapeutic approach is best described as interpersonal process juxtaposed with multicultural and feminist lenses, but is still developing. I was trained in an integration-focused curricula that incorporated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic perspectives into our clinical work. I am most well-versed in trauma, crisis, and challenges related to cultural identity (e.g., ethnic and racial, gender, SES, religion, citizenship status). Professionally, I am interested in multicultural competence and advocacy for monolingual Spanish-speakers.
Personal Interests: I enjoy cooking, reading, campfires, and cats!
