Title: Practicum Intern

Alma Mater: Marquette University (2014), University of Minnesota Duluth (2017)

Professional Interests: My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a strong focus on cognitive behavior and interpersonal process therapeutic techniques. I conceptualize my clients through a multicultural lens, and strive to develop treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ diverse needs, values, and experiences. Though I am enthusiastic about expanding my general counseling skills, my clinical and research interests are in the cognitive and emotional mechanisms of disinhibited/problematic eating, racial and ethnic variations in body image concerns, multicultural concerns, relationship issues, anxiety, stress and depression.

Personal Interests: Exploring the great outdoors, running, cycling, hiking, cooking, reading, and all animals (especially dogs).

UO Love: The beautiful nature and all of the wonderful outdoor activities that Oregon has to offer.
