Pronouns: He/Him

Alma Mater: Brigham Young University (expected 2021)

Professional Interests: As an indigenous person of color and first generation student my life experiences have informed my clinical work. I view humans as relational beings who are continually seeking connection throughout their lifespan. I believe isolation plays a primary role in suffering. I help my clients to reconnect and heal by using a blend of therapeutic factors such as Interpersonal Process Therapy, Compassion Focus, Relational Psychodynamic Theory, and mindfulness. I am passionate about social justice and working with students who have been marginalized. I enjoy helping students navigate their intersecting identities and supporting them in their experiences in their educational journey and mental health concerns.

Personal Interests: I enjoy off-roading, playing music, fishing, cooking, camping, playing and watching sports.

UO Love: I love being close to rivers, the mountains, and the coast.
