Title: Psychology Doctoral Intern
Alma Mater: University of Kentucky (anticipated 2017)
Professional Interests: I describe my approach to therapy as an integration of Interpersonal, feminist, and client-centered therapies, and I utilize a social justice and multicultural lens in all of my clinical work. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior interventions. I enjoy working with clients who have histories of trauma, substance abuse, family of origin, and identity concerns, among many other presenting issues.
Personal Interests: I love travel, photography, community service, activism, and spending time with my nephew. I also love animals, especially dogs, though I do not have time for a pet right now, so I spend a lot of time looking a pictures of dogs online.
UO Love: The people at UO are so friendly and I love that everything in town is less than a 15 minute drive.
