Designed as a student diversity dialogue and cultural competency program, this class will help build critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills around diversity issues.  Students will learn to contribute to cultural competency and community building at the UO.

Leadership Development in Fraternal Organizations CRN 36671 FHS 407.  (Contact UCTC for the next offering).The purpose of this class is to teach fraternity men the conceptual knowledge and practical skills to become more effective leaders and how to apply these skills in their fraternity.  In addition, this class examines the unique influence that gender norms may have on leadership development among fraternity men.
