Setting up a Brief Phone Assessment is the first step to getting started. For more information, read about getting started at the Counseling Center. Students attending the UO Portland campus should contact the Portland State SHAC for services.
There is help available when the UCTC staff is not. You can call the After-Hours Support and Crisis Line at 541-346-3227 outside of business hours for mental health support or help with a crisis. When calling after hours, please listen to the recording and press "1" when instructed. You will be connected with a crisis line professional who will help you sort out your concerns and help you find resources, if appropriate.
