The Counseling Center is the only place where students can receive psychological services from professionals specializing in college mental health free of charge. Many of our services are confidential to students. We also offer consultation and outreach services to faculty and staff.
We are a professionally diverse staff consisting of:
- Doctoral Psychology Interns

- Administrative Personnel
We are all dedicated to the same mission of facilitating students' development and success, and our core values of growth, balance, compassion, community, social justice for all. These are the principles that infuse all our interactions with students and help us attend to the unique needs of each individual we see.
All UO students are eligible for our individual counseling, group counseling, and workshop series. (Students at UO Portland should utilize the Portland State Student Health and Counseling services.) Current groups being offered can be viewed here. We also have a self-help library for our students and have compiled an extensive list of self-help resources available on the web.
